The pricing page states every price with its VAT or sales tax status. Orders on pdftextfix.com are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record and issues the invoice; the terms and the refund policy apply. Purchases in the Mac App Store are made with Apple, under Apple’s terms.
Consumer complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first at contact@pocketimplementation.com: most problems are solved by email. If you are a consumer, you can also complain to the Romanian consumer protection authority, the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC, anpc.ro), and use its platform for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes (SAL) at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR) closed on July 20, 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; the Commission lists the dispute resolution bodies of each EU country at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

PDF Textfix includes qpdf (Apache License 2.0, with five changes of ours), libjpeg-turbo (the IJG and BSD-3-Clause licences), Adobe’s glyph lists (BSD-3-Clause) and font metrics derived from Adobe’s Core14 AFM files; its sample documents embed subsets of the IBM Plex fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1); and the version from pdftextfix.com also includes Sparkle (MIT License). Their licences and notices ship inside the app, and Help > Acknowledgements shows them.
